Reliance Electric Summary: A full-service licensed electrical contractor, Reliance Electric offers an extensive range of electrical services nationwide.  They engaged Steve in July 2022 to perform the following:

 

• Provide operational advice from a CFO perspective.

• Provide high-level, ad hoc strategic CFO advice.

• Assist with debt and equity financing opportunities.

• Assist to understand and improve the Company’s cash position.

• Assist to improve profitability.

• Assess and provide input and direction to improve system capabilities, configuration, and fit with the business.

 

In this role, Steve has helped Reliance become more forward looking and data driven by providing monthly updated forecasts, budget to actual variance analysis, extensive analysis of their Work in Process files, pricing and margin analysis, and scaling for growth.
