Steve Koscik is a CPA, MBA, and the founder of Think CFO — creator of the FICS Financial Intelligence & Control System.

Steve works with founders and CEOs of marketing agencies, creative firms, consulting companies, and project-based businesses — including specialty trades and contractors — who are scaling revenue but operating without the financial infrastructure to sustain it. His clients are typically generating $2M–$20M, growing fast, and making critical decisions on hiring, pricing, and capacity without reliable numbers to back them up.
